This luxurious and attractive holiday home is located at the foot of the dunes and within walking distance of the cozy center of Zoutelande. The house was built in 2013 and is suitable for 4 persons, has its own parking and is fully equipped. You also have a spacious, enclosed wooded garden (230 m2) with lots of privacy and a south-facing terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long. You will soon feel at home in this holiday home, a guarantee for a well-deserved holiday by the sea.

It is in a prime location only 300 meters from the North Sea and the beach. You are within walking distance of the promenade, the village center and the beach. The area is ideal for relaxation in the form of beach recreation, water sports, hiking and cycling. On the sea side is the promenade of Zoutelande, which turns into a footpath over the dunes, along Groot-Valkenisse and Dishoek to Vlissingen.

The view over Walcheren and the sea, where many sea-going vessels pass close to the coast, makes this walk an experience. Behind the promenade is the shopping street with various nice shops and cozy terraces. Come and enjoy a well-deserved holiday on the Zeeland Riviera.

Lay-out

On the ground floor you have access to a spacious living room with an open luxury kitchen. The living room is nicely furnished and equipped with a corner sofa, television, CD player, radio and gas fireplace. The luxury kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, combi-microwave, coffee machine, Senseo machine, kettle and toaster.

The bathroom is on the first floor and has a bath, shower, sink and extra toilet. The bedrooms are also on this floor. Both bedrooms have two single beds (90x210).

The holiday home has central heating, a high chair and a cot. Outside you have a beautiful and large enclosed garden with a spacious terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol. There is ample space for private parking. There is also free wifi available.

This wonderful island offers a beautiful nature with clean beaches. There are many cycle routes, picturesque villages and cosy restaurants. Besides, this island offers one of the oldest golf courses of Zeeland.

Veere
In her heydays Veere used to be a powerful commercial town which traded with Scotland. Nowadays, this city at the Veerse Lake is still characterized by its beautiful marina. Many buildings still remind you of her heydays. Veere doesn’t only offer old streets with warehouses, but many authentic shops, boutiques and souvenir shops as well. Highlights: the Campveerse tower, Scottish houses and the impressive church!

Deltapark Neeltje Jans
To avoid another flood disaster the Delta Works have been developed. Deltapark Neeltje Jans will give you an impression of the power of the sea. It’s not only about technique, there is a sea lion show, an aquarium and a water park as well. There is something for everybody. For both young and old.
