Noordervroon - Chaumière

Just 200 meters from the lively center of Zoutelande and at the foot of the beautiful dunes, you’ll find this cozy holiday home for two people. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings, all year round! The house is fully equipped, with its own terrace and comfortable garden furniture – ideal for a sunny breakfast. You’ll have a private parking space, and there is a lockable shed for your bike, complete with a charging facility.

Layout of the house:

- Living room: comfortably furnished with a flatscreen TV;
- Kitchen: fully equipped with a microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and filter coffee maker – everything you need for a home-cooked meal;
- Bathroom: a nice shower and a separate toilet;
- Storage room* with a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies.

The house has underfloor heating (pleasantly warm even in the colder months!) and free Wi-Fi in all rooms, so you can stay cozy even on chilly days.
Note: Due to the (steep) stairs to the bedroom on the first floor, the house is less suitable for people with limited mobility.

Upper floor:

On the first floor, you’ll find a charming bedroom with two single beds for a restful night’s sleep.

Extras:

- Pets are welcome upon request (maximum 1 pet at €15.00 per pet per week).
- No smoking inside, keeping the house fresh.
- Bed linen is included, and beds are made up for your arrival. You can bring your own towels or rent them (€5.00 per person).

Practical information:

- Additional costs: final cleaning (€50.00) and tourist tax (€2.10 p.p.p.n).
- In the high season (June, July, and August), weekly rentals only (Friday-Friday).
- Check-in from 1:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.
