12 aan Zee is located 450 meters from the beach in a quiet green area. The cozy village center of Zoutelande, with its shops and varied catering / restaurant offer, is also within walking distance.

The accommodation for two people has its own entrance to the living room with sitting and dining area, a luxurious kitchenette with fridge, combi oven / microwave and induction cooking device. The private bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is a flat screen T.V. in the living room, as well as use of Wifi. Via a staircase you reach the sleeping loft with two single beds. The sleeping floor is air-conditioned. Behind the property is an outdoor terrace with seating. Lots of privacy and free parking on site. We have a beachcabin on the South beach nearby beach pavilion "De Zeeuwse Riviera", this can be reserved during your stay fot an additional fee per day.

Changeover is always on a Friday. Minimum rental period is one week. Rental period all year round.

In the early and late season you can rent for a shorter period than a week.
Bed linen, two towels and two bath towels, kitchen towel and tea towel are provided and are changed on Fridays for stays longer than a week.
