Welcome to our comfortable and charming summer house “De Kleine Vos”, located on Koddelaan in Zoutelande, just 500 meters from the beach and the lively village center. Here you will stay in the middle of a beautiful wooded area – perfect for walks, bike rides, and ultimate relaxation. A place that offers its unique charm in every season.

The holiday home features a spacious, sunny private garden of approximately 100 m², where you can relax in peace. Thanks to its quiet location, you can read, sunbathe, or unwind undisturbed, while the center of Zoutelande remains easily accessible on foot. A picturesque forest path quickly leads you to the dune crossing and the cozy promenade.

Built in 2017, the house is suitable for a maximum of two people and is equipped with all modern conveniences. It is ideal for a romantic getaway or a relaxing holiday for two. Bicycle storage is available, and you have access to a private parking space, which is included in the rental price.

With the dunes just around the corner and the charming towns of Middelburg and Domburg nearby, our summer house is the perfect base for a wonderful seaside holiday. In the village, you will find various shops, restaurants, and amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable.

We have paid great attention to creating a warm and homely atmosphere, so you will feel welcome right away. Upon arrival, the beds are made (optional, for an additional fee), and coffee or tea with a treat will be waiting for you.

The prices are per week and include final cleaning, energy costs, private parking, and free Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed.

Price: between €650 and €875 per week.
