Zoutelande is also known as the “Zeeland Riviera” because of its beautiful light, fresh air, and many hours of sunshine. The area is easy to explore by bike, with numerous cycling routes that lead you through nature and past various towns and villages. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a comfortable seating area, a dining table, a television, a DVD player, and some books. The open kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, citrus juicer, and kettle.

The bathroom is also located on the ground floor and features a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds (90x200).
