An excellent location for a carefree holiday on the "Zeeland Riviera". The fully furnished apartment has every convenience and consists of a cosy living room with open kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and a spacious seating area. One bedroom has a double bed with separate mattresses and the other has two single beds or a bunk bed. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle.

In front of the apartment is a lovely terrace or balcony where there is always something to see and where you can sit in the sun on the contemporary furniture. At the back of the apartment is a completely renovated car park, with 1 parking space for each apartment.

At the back there is also a covered bicycle shed/storage/bike racks. The beach and the sea, the promenade with its many benches where you can watch the ships up close, and the beach pavilions are just a stone's throw away: you can hear the sea!

Zoutelande and its surroundings also have the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands, which makes for a perfect holiday. The Jumbo supermarket, the bakery and the bike rental are across the street. Restaurants and cafés, souvenir shops, little shops and historic buildings are all close by.
