Brand-new holiday home – now available to book Looking for a wonderful stay on the Zeeland coast? A stay in our Holiday Home 40 will certainly not disappoint! Holiday Home 40 is located in the quiet and small-scale bungalow park De Zandput in Zoutelande. This charming location and its surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for an unforgettable holiday on the Zeeland Riviera! The completely new house was completed in early 2026, is gas-free and is heated by a heat pump which can also provide cooling.
The accommodation Holiday Home 40 is suitable for up to 4 guests. The house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathroom cabinet with double sink and toilet (a second toilet is located in the hallway). An additional children’s camping bed is optionally available. The house is fully equipped with all modern comforts. From a dishwasher to a washing machine and from a Nespresso machine to three smart TVs with internet connection. You will probably find everything you need! A beach cabin can be booked as an optional extra.
The garden The entire 250 m² plot is fully fenced (height 1.5 m) and features two terraces, one of which is fully covered. Your car can be parked just a short distance away and a charging station is located only 10 meters from the house. Want to charge your electric bikes? That is possible in the storage room.
Pets Holiday Home 40 is pet-friendly and up to three dogs are allowed. Dogs are always allowed on the beach and may run freely. However, from May 1 to September 15 between 10.00 am and 7.00 pm they must be kept on a leash. There is a wide range of restaurants and beach pavilions within walking and/or cycling distance. Dogs are welcome everywhere.
Bungalow park De Zandput De Zandput in Zoutelande is a quiet and small bungalow park with approximately 85 privately owned holiday homes. The park has two playgrounds for children. The beach (700 m), walking and cycling routes, shops, bike rental and restaurants can all be found in the immediate surroundings.
The surroundings Holiday Home 40 is a wonderful place on the Zeeland Riviera to enjoy the peace and the beach. It is also the ideal base for activities or for exploring Zeeland. Towns such as Middelburg, Veere, Domburg and Vlissingen are nearby and definitely worth a visit.
Rental of Holiday Home 40 Holiday Home 40 can only be rented per week during the high season (June to September). During the low season it is possible to book with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Exceptions may be possible upon request. Prices vary between €96 and €204 per night.
