*Completely renovated in 2022!* Our holiday home is everything you are looking for! Right in the centre of Zoutelande, but still with the feeling of freedom. This is due to the complete privacy in the spacious enclosed garden of 700 square meters. This makes this house really special.
Our charming house is equipped with all modern conveniences. The renovated kitchen contains a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer and a cooking plate. The sitting area has new chairs, a sofa, cushions and TV with Germany package. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double box spring, and the second bedroom has a single box spring and a double bed of Auping.
Through the folding doors you can reach the terrace, where you will find a large table with parasol and 6 garden chairs.
In our garden you will always find a nice spot in the sun!
If you prefer to lay on the beach, you can do that too! Our house is located within walking distance of the beach.
There is parking space for at least 2 cars on private property and the plot has a lockable gate. In the shed next to the house there is room to charge electric bikes, among other things. A dog is also welcome and can run free in the fully enclosed garden. Opposite our holiday home is the Wulkenpad. This is a lovely footpath to walk.
Our change-day is Friday and our house can only be rented per week.
We, Ron Dekker and Melanie Kleinpier, have been the proud owners of Bosweg 4 since April 2024. To give our own twist to the summer house, we are currently making some adjustments, but from Friday April 26 we hope to welcome you to Bosweg 4 in Zoutelande. Due to these acquisitions, most of 2024 is still available for rental! Hope to see you!
