John Verhuur Zoutelande - Majoorwerf 44a - Studio apartment

Our luxury studio for 2-4 people (February 2020), with characteristic features, has a warm and cosy atmosphere where you can enjoy a carefree holiday.
The ground floor has the toilet, shower and sauna. The first floor has the living/sleeping area and the kitchen. A 3rd and 4th person can sleep in the small sleeping loft.
The studio partly overlooks the dunes and the rural surroundings.
It is located in a quiet residential area near the windmill, within walking distance of the beach, the supermarket and the centre.

Once the morning sun has risen, you can relax on the private terrace at the back of the studio. In the evening you can open the sliding windows in the living area completely and enjoy the sunset until late.

The studio's electricity comes largely from solar panels and the hot water from a solar water heater, which gives our studio an environmentally friendly character.

Facilities:
- Smart TV in the living area with an extensive international package, YouTube and Netflix, and an LCD TV in the sleeping area.
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge (freezer compartment), dishwasher, induction hob, combination microwave oven, coffee maker, Nespresso and kettle.
- Sleeping area with box-spring bed (180 x 210) and two single mattresses (80 x 200) in the loft.
- Private central heating.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and hairdryer.
- Sauna (infrared cabin).
- Separate toilet.
- On request a travel cot, high chair, changing mat, stair gate and handcart are available free of charge.

- E-bike charging points (front and back of the studio).

From April to November we rent by the week, with Friday as changeover day.
From November to April a minimum of 3 nights.

The stay includes made-up beds, hand, bath and kitchen towels, hand soap, toilet and kitchen paper, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, use of the sauna (infrared cabin), a private Wi-Fi network, gas, water and electricity, and a free private parking space.
