Duinlande - Cottage

Holiday home Duinlande is a luxurious detached holiday home (built in 2013), located in wooded surroundings with plenty of privacy.

The house is suitable for up to 4/5 people, has its own parking and offers every convenience. You also have a large wooded garden (230 m²) with plenty of privacy and a south-facing terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. You can park your car for free at the house. An electric car charging point is available.

The ground floor has the hallway, a storage room with washing machine, the toilet, the open kitchen and the cosy living room with gas fire and French doors to the terrace. The seating area has an LCD TV with DVD player and stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave, 4-burner hob, coffee maker and dishwasher. Upstairs are the bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, vanity unit and second toilet, and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. If you wish, we can turn the two single beds into a double bed and add a travel cot in one of the bedrooms. The garden around the holiday home offers plenty of privacy, and the furnished terrace faces south. In summer you can also find cooler shady spots under the trees.

The entire house has central heating, and the living room has an attractive gas fire that makes your stay cosy and very pleasant in the colder months. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Smoking is not permitted in the holiday home. You can use a travel cot, high chair and playpen free of charge. Please let us know in advance so we can have them ready for you.
