The house is located in the centre of Zoutelande, with all amenities within walking distance. It has its own entrance via the rear access path, which leads to [i]Oranjeplein[/i] and [i]Nieuwstraat[/i].

The existing part of the house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed on the ground floor and one with two single beds upstairs. The new part contains the bathroom, kitchen and living area. Outside you have your own terrace with a shed, for example for storing bikes.
