’t Zilten Huus - D. Koddelaan 3 - Cottage

NEW in April 2023! A holiday home with allure: our brand new 4-person holiday home 't Zilten Huus, within walking distance of the beach. The comfortable and stylish interior gives you that "beach feeling" as soon as you walk in, so you and your family can start your holiday relaxed.

The house has a spacious kitchen with a large fridge, dishwasher, induction hob and luxury tableware. Coffee and tea are waiting for you on arrival. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, so it is always comfortable, in summer and in winter.

Downstairs there is a spacious shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and, as an extra, a washing machine, so you can do your own laundry if you stay a little longer. "Beach" care products are provided for all our guests. The living room feels like home: with a comfortable sofa, a separate armchair, a flat-screen TV and of course Wi-Fi, you will lack nothing.

Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms with new box-spring beds. One bedroom is furnished as a master bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 210, the other has 2 single beds of 80 x 210. There is plenty of wardrobe space for your belongings. Outside is also a lovely place to relax after a day at the beach: during your stay you have a spacious private garden, with garden furniture and a parasol of course. If you have e-bikes, there is a charger for them at the parking area.

From our holiday home you can walk to the picturesque village of Zoutelande within 5 minutes, so all amenities such as shops and restaurants are close at hand. And so is the beach: cross the dunes, spread out your towel and the day can begin!
