Noordstraat 11 - Cottage

Our holiday home is located in the heart of Zoutelande, just 100 metres from the shopping street and 200 metres from the beach. Free private parking space 400 metres away. Supermarket, bakery, bus stop and cash machine are within walking distance.

Our house is suitable for up to 4 adults. A cot (without bedding) and a high chair are also available.
The ground floor has the hallway and the living room with a seating area with LCD TV and DVD/CD player/radio. The kitchen-diner is equipped with a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, 4-zone induction hob and extractor hood. The ground floor also has a separate toilet and the shower with vanity unit.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms: one with two new box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm) and the other with a new double box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm) with separate duvets and a washbasin. The entire house has central heating, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Outside, at the back of the house, there is a screened private terrace with garden furniture.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Changeover day is Friday (in the low season this can vary).
Departure before 10 am. Arrival after 2 pm.

Gas, water and electricity are included. Bed linen is not provided; please bring your own.
