Just outside Zoutelande, in a very quiet rural location, is our brand new luxury holiday home for 2 people, with a magnificent view of the surrounding fields.
Zoutelande offers cosy restaurants, terraces, a weekly (summer) market and various shops, plus a wide south-facing beach with several beach pavilions. Meliskerke, 1.5 km away, has a bakery, a traditional butcher and a supermarket. The holiday home is also on the cycle junction network.
The single-storey house consists of a spacious room with a seating and dining area and many conveniences. The entire house has underfloor heating, with the temperature adjustable per room. There is also a spacious shower with toilet and washing machine, and a double bedroom.
The house has a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, a windbreak with a wide view and a shade sail. It is easily accessible, also for seniors.
Private parking and bicycle storage included.
