During the season (April to October), this holiday home is rented at no extra cost including a (day) beach hut on the sunniest southern beach in the Netherlands, in a prime location on the second southern beach.
We have been renting out this comfortable and tastefully furnished holiday home in an ideal location in Zoutelande since 2013.
The house has every convenience (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, LCD TV (digital TV), Wi-Fi, central heating, etc.). As it is newly built, the kitchen, toilet and bathroom are all modern.
This cosy holiday home is very close to the beach and the lively centre of Zoutelande, which makes it ideal for a wonderful beach holiday.
In addition, the house has a lovely garden with plenty of privacy and a south-facing balcony, so you can enjoy the sun almost all day. Besides a garden table and chairs, two sun loungers are also available.
The house is furnished for up to 4 people. A cot and a high chair are of course available. On the ground floor you will find an entrance, a separate toilet, an open kitchen, a spacious living room and of course wide access to the lovely garden.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, both with 2 good beds (no bunk beds). One of the bedrooms has a lovely south-facing balcony! The bedrooms are separated by a modern bathroom with shower, vanity unit and a second toilet.
