Beautiful, spacious holiday home in the Soutelande residence at [i]Duinweg[/i] 13. This lovely house is within walking distance of the beach and close to the centre.
The house sleeps up to 6 people and has a lovely spacious garden and terrace, a private parking space and an external storage room.
The open kitchen at the front is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, combination oven/microwave, freezer compartment in the fridge, Senseo and filter coffee maker. The living room has a large dining table and a seating area facing the garden, pleasantly bright thanks to the glass roof/wall and the terrace doors to the garden, plus a TV. Wi-Fi is also available.
Entrance with toilet. The entire front (south side) of the house has screens for the hot summer months.
On the 1st floor there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (2 box springs), a bathroom with shower, bath and washbasin, a separate toilet and a room with a washing machine and dryer.
The 2nd floor has 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed (2 box springs) and one with 2 single beds, as well as a second bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
