Holiday home built in 2017, located in a quiet residential area in the cosy village of Zoutelande, with a free private parking space in front of the door. Just 500 metres from the beach and the centre, with a supermarket within walking distance. Our apartment is suitable for up to 2 people, and everything is on one level.
Living room/kitchen: LCD TV with international channels and ESPN. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, fridge, Senseo, kettle and 4-zone induction hob.
Bedroom with a luxury double box-spring bed. The beds are made up and towels are provided.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and vanity unit.
The entire house has comfortable underfloor heating.
Outside, at the back, a south-facing private terrace with garden furniture.
Free Wi-Fi.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Changeover day is Friday; this can be varied on request.

The stay includes made-up beds, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
