Luxury Room (26m²) with a private terrace (20m²) equipped with loungers and a garden table with two chairs, for up to two people. This room includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, hot water dispenser, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There are no cooking facilities; cooking is not permitted. There is a luxurious bathroom with a sink, toilet, and spacious (rain) shower. A wardrobe and seating area with a table, chair, and dining bench are also included. A spacious double bed (2 x 90x200 cm). There is a Smart TV by the bed and another by the seating area. The Smart TVs include international channels. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the room. The room has underfloor heating for cooling in warm temperatures.

Beds are made, towels, and kitchen linens are provided.
