Rental for one week in 2020:
6 January - 26 June: 800 euro
26 June - 28 August: 1.015 euro (Friday - Friday)
28 August - 18 September: 845 euro
18 September - 18 December: 800 euro
For a second week rental you become a discount of 50 euro. The rental prices includes gass, water, electricity and professional cleaning at the end of the period. Tourist tax (in 2020: 1,25 euro per Person per night) is not included.
Smoking in the house is forbidden.
