This attractive, child-friendly apartment with beautiful unobstructed views of the Zeedijk and the church is located in the centre of the Zeelandic village of Zoutelande. The one-storey apartment is on the second floor and has a private parking space. The beach is right outside, and you can step onto the beautiful Zoutelande beach-the beach with the most sun-hours in the Netherlands-within minutes.

Accommodation
The stairs lead to the hall of this bright, neutrally decorated apartment. The sitting area in the living room is arranged around the flat-screen television and consists of a two-seater couch and two separate armchairs. The closets and coffee table provide ample storage space. The corner kitchen has a cosy seating area at the bar, and the adjacent dining table seats four. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals, including a stove, microwave oven, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), toaster and dishwasher. A Senseo coffee machine and kettle are available for coffee and tea. The first bedroom in the apartment has a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) with two single mattresses, bedside tables and a closet. The second bedroom has two single box spring beds (90 x 200 cm) and bedside tables. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink with storage. There is a storage room with a washing machine, dryer and vacuum cleaner between the bathroom and the separate toilet. A door in the kitchen opens onto the cosy terrace with a table and four chairs at the back of the apartment. There is a folding crib and a high chair available for younger guests. Pets are also welcome; the apartment has room for up to 2 four-legged friends.
