Lovely family holiday home nestled at the foot of the dunes of Zoutelande
This family holiday home “Marhenbep” is situated right at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande and just a stone’s throw from the sea. The villages of Dishoek and Westkapelle are within easy cycling distance.
House Marhenbep accommodates up to five guests (maximum four adults) and is beautifully set against the green dunes of Zoutelande. The property makes an excellent base for scenic walks, cycle tours, sunbathing on the beach, or a leisurely afternoon of shopping in the village of Zoutelande. At the front of the house there is a sunny terrace overlooking the dunes.
The property features new uPVC window frames and a recently renovated open-plan living room and kitchen where you’ll feel right at home! The living room includes a spacious seating area perfect for relaxing in the evenings after a day at the beach. The television is equipped with a Google Chromecast so you can enjoy your favourite Netflix series even while on holiday.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare your own meals, including an induction hob, oven and dishwasher.
On the ground floor you’ll also find a bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200 cm) with separate duvets and its own washbasin. The bathroom, complete with shower and toilet, is also on the ground floor. For your convenience, a washing machine is available.
Upstairs are the two remaining bedrooms: one with two single box-spring beds (90 × 200 cm) and a children’s room with a single box-spring bed (90 × 200 cm). The beds will be made up for your arrival. A cot and highchair are available free of charge on request. Each bedroom has its own washbasin.
At the rear of the house there is a bicycle shed with the option to charge your electric bike.
Paid parking applies throughout Zoutelande. During the booking process you will be asked for your vehicle registration number. This number will be entered into the municipality’s parking app, allowing you to park in various paid parking areas.
